I guess you can say I have been in a spiritual drought and I have been trying to be quiet and meditate on my Lord and Savior. I am overwhelmed by His love and grace. I am so undeserving of all His many blessings. I want to be more like Jesus and share His love with others. That means I have to be still and quiet so I can listen to Him and then be obedient to what He calls me to do. I am sad to say that I miss opportunities everyday to share my Jesus with others. I challenge each of you along with myself to listen and see what God is telling you today. When God puts something on your heart, like to take a meal to someone, pay for someones meal at a restaurant, put gas in a strangers car or just to send someone an encouraging email, DO IT! He is asking you to do it for a reason! Lets take every opportunity we have to bless others and to show them the love of God.
God has been so good to our family and has blessed us in ways you can not imagine. I have to share something God did last week. Daniel's car broke down, it would not start, it was DEAD! We tried to jump it off, but of course it did NOTHING! So, we called the tow truck and got them to take it to the shop or as Grace Anne called it the "Car Hospital".:-) Of course we were thinking the worst and already decided that we would be down to one car for a while because we did not have the money to repair it. Daniel's car is on it's last leg and we just knew it was going to be something major wrong with it. Anyway, that night Daniel was balancing our check book and found a little blessing from God. Somehow several months ago we had wrote down a deposit wrong and we had $100 in our checking account that we did not know about! The next day we found out that the car was fixed and our bill was $100! Tell me that's not God! Look people we serve a mighty God! I have story after story where God has given us just what we need and has blessed our socks off! I am so thankful for his many blessing and I want to pay it forward. I challenge each of you to do the same and give God ALL the glory!
I would love to hear your stories of things God has done has for you. Please leave me a comment or email me at LBDulaney@gmail.com . Don't be shy, even if I don't know you I still what to hear your comments! I know that there are people reading this that I don't know, I will not call you a blog stalker because if I did I would be calling myself one too!!!:-) Please let me know who you are, I would love to get to know you. Who knows I may already be reading(stalking) your blog! :-)
Now to the pictures I promised from last Tuesday!
I heard Drew yelling "MOMMY LOOK THERE'S A FIRETRUCK". My heart jumped because I immediately thought something was on fire! I looked out the window and sure enough there was a firetruck in front our house. They were checking the fire hydrant, so Drew and I went outside to see the truck. The firemen were very nice to us and even tried to get Drew to get in the truck. He was not too sure about it, so we decide to just look from a distance. Thanks to the nice firemen, Drew got to splash around in the water puddles for a while. He had a blast splashing and jumping around!

That's all for now, hope you have a blessed day! Thanks for checking in on us!

Love the new title!! I was at a women's banquet on Saturday night, and the title of the message was "God's got your number"... the speaker shared how God spoke to her through her address 2911 (something-or-other) Street!! Great verses, and I SURELY needed that gentle reminder.
Things have been CRAZY in our world lately, too. My van had to go to the "Car Hospital" and unfortunately that bill was a tad bit higher than yours (around 1900 bucks)...BUT!! GOD IS FAITHFUL, and we will trust Him through this storm as all others!
Thanks for posting this, and for all the encouragement you send my way (whether you realize it or not)!!
Love,
Susanne
