Happy Halloween!

Hope you had a Happy Halloween! We had a busy but fun day! As you can tell the kids dressed up as an Auburn Cheerleader and Auburn Football player. I managed to take some pictures of them before we headed to our church Fall Festival.

When we got to the Fall Festival we were greeted by daddy!

Grace Anne was excited to see some of her buddies:-)

Grace Anne poses with one of her favorite people Ms. Lindsey

Drew thought since he was a football player that he could tackle everybody. I did get a few pictures of him tackling people! We had to stop him when he started tackling strangers.:-) ha ha

Drew getting Mr. Kipp

Going face to face with Mr. Kendal
Then Drew decided to go over the roped off area and right into a big mud hole!!! He was not happy! So we started heading to the car to see if we had any extra clothes...................................................

when he saw Mr. Robert and decided to go on the hay ride with him.
After the hayride we got his pants changes and he was ready to go back to the action!
The kids enjoyed playing games and getting LOTS of candy.

The 3 little pigs! Are these not the cutest babies ever! Steven, Lucas and Emily are 3 of our Sunday School babies!
We had a great night with our friends. Hope you enjoyed the pictures!:-)

Pumpkin Carving!

Last night we carved pumpkins!!! The kids had a ball, they liked cleaning out the pumpkins and getting all the yucky stuff out!

Here are some pictures of our Family night of carving pumpkins:-)

We are getting ready for a busy day. Grace Anne is having a Halloween party at school this morning and then tonight we are going to the fall festival! I will post pictures tomorrow, so check back to see what the kids decided to be for Halloween!:-) Hope you have a wonderful day!

Monday night Fun!

We had a fun filled night on Monday. The afternoon started off with Grace Anne doing her homework. While she was finishing up, Drew was playing in her room, or we thought he was. Grace Anne went to go play with him and this is what she found. He was all played out! She put a blanket on him and tip toed out of the room. It was soo cute!:-)
Grace Anne and I then decided to make some Halloween cookies for her class. We had fun cooking together. I dipped the cookies in chocolate and GA put the eyes and mouth on every cookie.

Our finished product

Here are some pictures of us posing and being silly with our ghost cookies!

Then after dinner, Grace Anne lost her first tooth!!!!! She was soooo excited. We have been working on that tooth for some time now. The permanent tooth has already grown in, so the baby tooth had to go!
Our little girl is growing up, I can't believe that she is old enough to start losing teeth. :-(
That was the end of our fun night. We have alot going on this week/weekend, so I will try to post often and keep you up to date on us.
*An update on our sweet friend Tami. I have received an email from her and she is doing pretty good. She appreciates all of your prayers. Please continue to pray for her and her family.

PRAYER REQUEST

I am calling out to all you prayer warriors. We have a dear friend that is at Duke this week going through the process to get on the list for a heart transplant. Please keep Tami and her family in your prayers. I will keep you updated on her and the progress. To my understanding, after this week she will come home and wait until she gets a call telling her that they have a match. Tami is a wonderful person and she and her family are very special to us. Grace Anne adores her and has been praying for her for weeks now. Please keep the Clabo family lifted up in your prayers during this time. Thanks in advance for your prayers.

I know, I have been SLACK!!!!

I know I am not going to win a reward for keeping my blog updated! I don't have any excuse expect that I have just been slack!!! I will try my best to catch you up on what we have been up to these days.

I will start with last weekend. On Friday night the kids and I went with some friends to the South Carolina State Fair and the TOBY MAC concert!!!!! Daniel had to be at the annual senior adult fish fry, so he had to miss out on the fun.
We had a great time despite the rain! It rained the entire time, we were soaking wet by the end of the night. The kids had fun riding rides and you know they LOVED seeing Toby Mac. We did not get to stay for the entire concert, we were all wet and freezing! I wished the concert was inside, but it wasn't! We had a great time anyway:-)

This is a picture of the kids leaving the concert. You think they were wet enough?
Then on Saturday night, Daniel and I went to the USC/LSU game! A BIG thank you to some very sweet friends for providing us tickets to go. We had a wonderful time, it brought back great memories from when we had season tickets to see the one and only Auburn Tigers play! Daniel and I both love SEC football, so it was a lot of fun to go and cheer for the Gamecocks! It was a very exciting game except for the fact that we lost:-(. The kids had a blast spending the night with friends, thanks Brandy for letting our kids crash at your place for the night.:-)

We have not had much going on this week or weekend, just our normal day to day activities.
Well, I think you are up to date on us, I promise I will do better on posting:-). Hope you have a wonderful week, and keep checking back! I will be making more post this week, I promise!!!!

Pumpkin Patch Fun!

Yesterday the kids and I went to the pumpkin patch with our Sunday School class. We had a great time hanging out with friends and of course picking pumpkins! Daniel missed out on the fun, he had a conference at church and was not able to go with us.

You can tell by the pictures that Grace Anne and Drew were super excited and had a great time!

Three pumpkin heads being silly!

It started raining while we were on the hayride, but we were prepared. A little rain was not going to spoil our fun!
On the search for the perfect pumpkins.......
Found them!!!!
Grace Anne and Drew showing off their pumpkins. (Drew giving a thumbs up):-)
We enjoyed our visit to the pumpkin patch. We are looking forward to carving our pumpkins and we will make sure Daddy gets to join in on the fun this time!!!!
